Stuart Miller is Executive Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Lennar Corporation (NYSE:LEN) and a member of Lennar’s Board of Directors. Miller has worked with Lennar for over 35 years, serving in various capacities for the Company’s Homebuilding Division and former Investment and Commercial Properties Division. From 1991 to October 1997, he was President of both these business segments and the primary force behind their growth and success during that time. He became CEO of Lennar in April 1997 until he assumed his current role as Executive Chairman in April 2018. In October 1997, Lennar Corporation spun off its commercial real estate investment, financial, and management activities into LNR Property Corporation, and the company became separately listed on the NYSE. Miller served as Chairman of the Board of LNR until the sale of LNR in February 2005. In March 2000, Miller joined the Board of Directors of Builder Homesite, Inc., a consortium of homebuilders nationwide. Miller also serves on various professional and community boards and committees. He is past Chairman of both the Joint Center for Housing Studies Policy Advisory Board at Harvard University and the University of Miami Board of Trustees, the latter of which he currently serves on the Executive Committee. Miller served as a member of the board of Alonzo Mourning Charities and the board of the Overtown Youth Center. He was Chairman of the 2013 Dolphins Cycling Challenge, benefitting the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, and currently serves as Co-Chairman of the Miami Dolphins Foundation. Miller joined Lennar after graduating from the University of Miami Law School in 1982, prior to which he received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University.

Jon Jaffe is Co-Chief Executive Officer and President of Lennar Corporation (NYSE:LEN). He joined Lennar in 1983 as Regional President of Homebuilding Operations. Jaffe became Vice President in 1994 and in 1995, he moved to California to lead the company's expansion into that state and the West. Jaffe spearheaded Lennar's efforts to acquire land, other homebuilders and developers including such companies as Bramalea Homes, Pacific Greystone Homes, Coto de Caza, Stevenson Ranch and CalAtlantic Homes. Additionally, he oversaw Lennar's acquisition of Mare Island, Hunters Point, El Toro and Treasure Island. These acquisitions helped transition Lennar into the nation's leading homebuilder. Jaffe serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Lennar Corporation, as well as True Anthem. Jaffe received an undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Florida and pursued graduate studies in the same field at Georgia Tech University.

Diane Bessette has served as Chief Financial Officer for Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN) since April 2018. Diane joined Lennar in 1995. She was named Vice President in 2000 and served as our Controller from 1997 to 2008 and as our Treasurer from February 2008 to April 2024. Diane is a member of the board of directors of the Miami Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and is a member of the Wall Street Journal CFO Network.

Katherine Lee Martin joined Lennar in September 2025 as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. She is a seasoned legal executive with more than two decades of experience in corporate law, compliance, and governance. Martin joined The Hertz Corporation in May 2023 as Vice President and Chief Counsel and took on the additional role of Chief Compliance Officer from January 2024 to June 2024. She was Interim General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary from April 2024 to July 2024 and became Hertz’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in July 2024. From August 2021 to April 2023, Martin held various leadership positions at X Corp. (formerly, Twitter, Inc.), a social media and technology company. Prior to that, Martin spent more than a decade as an Assistant U.S. Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice. She served as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia following law school and earned her J.D. from the William & Mary Law School. Before law school, Martin worked as a staff member for the U.S. House of Representatives.

Michael Petrolino has served as Vice President of Taxation for Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN) since 2005. In this role, he is responsible for all corporate tax planning, legislative, and compliance functions. He is also responsible for structuring Lennar's significant acquisitions, including land and joint-venture transactions.

As Lennar's chief tax officer, Petrolino has taken a leading role in working with Congress on legislative changes and tax reform for the homebuilding industry. He leads a team of highly talented tax professionals that are recognized as best-in-class in the industry.

Prior to joining Lennar, Petrolino spent more than 21 years with Deloitte as a tax partner in the national tax services group, where he was responsible for providing strategic corporate tax planning services to major companies throughout the United States.

David Collins is Corporate Controller of Lennar Corporation. David oversees the accounting and financial reporting functions of the company. David joined Lennar in 1998 as a Financial Reporting Manager and has held various roles including Executive Director of Financial Reporting before being named Corporate Controller in 2008.

Prior to joining Lennar, Mr. Collins worked in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand, the predecessor firm to PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Drew Holler joined Lennar in October 2022 as Chief Human Resources Officer and runs all HR, people operations and communications for the Company. Holler previously spent more than 20 years at Walmart, having started in supply chain operations and ultimately growing into several senior leadership roles at the company across supply chain, regional store management, and people innovation. Prior to Lennar, Holler most recently served as Walmart’s Senior Vice President, Associate Experience and then SVP, People Partner for US Operations. He graduated from John Brown University with a B.S. in Business Administration and earned his MBA at the New York Institute of Technology.

Kemp Gillis is Senior Vice President of Supply Chain of Lennar Corporation.  He joined Lennar in 2018 upon the completion of the merger with CalAtlantic Group, Inc. As a member of the Lennar executive team, Gillis has responsibility for Supply Chain, Purchasing, Construction and Home Automation. Prior to the merger, Gillis served as Vice President of Purchasing and Field Operations for CalAtlantic Group, Inc. and its predecessor, Ryland Homes, since 2014.
 
Prior to joining Ryland Homes, Gillis spent eleven years with Pulte Homes and Pulte Capital in a variety of purchasing and operations leadership roles.
 
Gillis graduated with honors from Central Michigan University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance and Business Management.

Ori Klein is a Vice President at Lennar, overseeing Digital Product Development and Marketing. Ori is focused on the digital transformation of Lennar’s customer experience and is dedicated to creating new and innovative ways to help homebuyers engage and purchase their dream home.

Prior to Lennar, Ori has been leading growth, product, and analytics teams at several consumer tech companies. Earlier in his career, Ori was a Consultant with McKinsey in the firm's Silicon Valley office. Prior to that, Ori has served for over a decade in the Israel Defense Forces and government [rank: Major] leading strategic, technology-enabled special operations.

Ori is a Graduate of IDF’s elite Talpiot program. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSc. in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Lauren Dudley is Vice President, Corporate Treasurer for Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN). After graduating from Amherst College with a degree in Psychology, Lauren developed experience and expertise in treasury and corporate development, serving as Treasurer & Head of Corporate Development and Risk Management at Levi Strauss & Co. While at Levi’s, she also served on the Board of Stony Creek Colors, a natural indigo dye manufacturer. 
 
Before joining Levi’s in 2019, Lauren was a Senior Director at Walmart Inc. in the company’s Corporate Development & Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Prior to Walmart, she worked in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division for ten years focused on retail companies, private equity firms, and private equity portfolio companies.

Lennar’s #1 priority is the safety and health of our associates and their families. Dr. Pascal Goldschmidt, Lennar’s Chief Medical Officer, assists us in looking into every step of every business process to ensure we fully understand its impact on the health of every individual involved.

A renowned Cardiologist, Dr. Pascal Goldschmidt is a cardiovascular researcher who has published more than 250 scientific articles. Former Sr. VP for Medical Affairs and Dean of the University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine until 2016, Dr. Pascal also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the University of Miami Health System (UHealth), which includes six hospitals and various outpatient facilities in South Florida, with more than 1,200 physicians and 8,000 staff members. Dr. Pascal helps guide us as we continue to build, while keeping safety a priority; he advises on our associate protocols and our jobsite safety protocols; and provides our associates and trade partners with crucial information and tips on how to maintain healthy minds and bodies. Dr. Pascal also helps our associates navigate the complexities of healthcare, especially for those who are experiencing severe illnesses. Dr. Pascal is available anytime for associates who have concerns about and fear for their health. He helps us through the difficult times.

Carlos Gonzalez leads and directs the Southeast Florida, Palm Atlantic, Mid Florida and Jacksonville Divisions of Lennar. A respected leader in the South Florida real estate community, Gonzalez has worked for Lennar for more than 34 years, having held numerous key management roles within the organization since 1990 including Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He was promoted to Division President in 2005 to manage the Miami-Dade County division and subsequently the newly formed Southeast FL homebuilding division, where he oversaw all aspects of the business and its communities, located from South Miami-Dade County up thru the Treasure Coast. In 2022, Gonzalez was promoted to Regional Vice President for Lennar Southeast Florida, which includes Lennar’s Southeast FL homebuilding division, as well as the Lennar Palm Atlantic homebuilding division, operating in the Treasure Coast.  His vast experience in homebuilding has provided invaluable insights to the company in all facets of the business, including financial planning and budgeting, land acquisitions and negotiations, traditional and digital sales and marketing strategies, homeowner association set ups and management, customer care practices, overall purchasing and construction management, product design, and much more. In 2024 he was promoted to Regional President. A native of Miami-Dade County, he is the son of Cuban parents who immigrated in the early 1960s.  Mr. Gonzalez is married and has three adult children. He and his family are supporters of charitable organizations like the Lennar Foundation, Dolphins Cancer Challenge (DCC), and the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. When not at work Mr. Gonzalez enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, boating and fishing with friends and family.

David Grove is Regional President of Lennar, overseeing operations of Lennar’s Texas region. Joining Lennar in 1999 as Construction Area Manager for Lennar’s Austin Division, David became Director of Construction in 2000 and then a Division President in 2004.
 
In 2004, Lennar acquired a homebuilder in San Antonio, and David moved there in January of 2005 as Division President, a role he held until 2017, while overseeing both Lennar’s Austin and San Antonio Divisions from 2015 - 2017. Later that year, he moved to Dallas in a new role as Division President of Lennar’s Dallas-Fort Worth Division, then became Regional President for Texas in 2022.
 
David is the Board Chair for Ciudad de Angeles, a non-profit organization that operates an orphanage in Mexico. He currently resides in Dallas with his wife Sarah, and is the father of three sons.

David Grove

Frank Walker is Lennar’s Regional President overseeing homebuilding operations across the Arizona, Colorado, and Utah markets. He joined the Company in 2013 as Division President for Colorado and was promoted to Regional Vice President of Arizona, Colorado, and Utah in 2023, before assuming his current role in 2024. During his time as the Colorado Division President, he grew that Division from 565 homes to over 2,000 homes, making Lennar the #1 homebuilder in Colorado. Previously, Walker spent nearly a decade as Chief Operating Officer of Oakwood Homes, LLC. He earned his MBA with a concentration in Values-based Leadership from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Walker is an active volunteer and board member with Denver Children’s Home and a board member, Past-President, and volunteer of HomeAid Colorado.  Since 2014, Walker has been the Chair of “Builder for Babies”, an annual diaper drive that collects over two million diapers for 30 different care providers throughout the state.

Greg McGuff serves as Regional President of Lennar. In this role, he is responsible for Lennar's operations in the Pacific Northwest and Inland Empire. McGuff joined Lennar in 1994 and held the positions of Controller, Vice President of Land Acquisitions, and Division President before being named Regional Vice President.

McGuff spent five years in the Orange County and Los Angeles markets before transferring to the Inland Empire. Since entering the market in 1999, his expertise and management have been instrumental in the acquisition and management of seven masterplanned communities, including College Park, Victoria Arbors, Greer Ranch, Harveston, Rosena Ranch, Spencers Crossing, Northstar Ranch, and Escena. Under McGuff's leadership, Lennar has been a guest builder in eight masterplanned communities: Shady Trails, The Preserve, Wolf Creek, Heritage Lake, McSweeney Ranch, Terra Lago, Rancho Etiwanda, and Oak Valley Champions.

Prior to joining Lennar, McGuff was a CPA with Ernst and Young. McGuff has a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Northridge.

Jeremy Parness is a Regional President of Lennar, overseeing land and homebuilding operations in the California Coastal, Central Valley, San Diego, and Las Vegas markets. Most recently, Parness served as Regional Vice President for Lennar’s Western Region. Parness joined Lennar in 1999 as Land Acquisition Manager for the Las Vegas Division. He was promoted to Division President in 2005 and in 2015 was transferred to take over responsibilities as Division President of Lennar’s California Coastal Division. With more than 30 years in homebuilding and extensive expertise in land acquisition, Jeremy's leadership has fueled regional growth. His commitment to operational excellence has helped Lennar expand and develop many high-profile communities such as The Great Park, Altair, and Serrano Summit.

Jim Parker is Regional President of Lennar. In this role, he is responsible for 14 divisions:  Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Coastal Carolinas, Greenville, Indianapolis, Maryland, Minnesota, Nashville, North Alabama, NY/NJ, Philadelphia, Raleigh and Virginia. Parker is a thirty-year industry veteran. Before joining Lennar, he served as the Ryland Homes Division President for Atlanta prior to his promotion to Regional President. When Ryland Homes merged with Standard Pacific Homes to create CalAtlantic Homes, Parker assumed the role of Regional President prior to the merger with Lennar in 2018. In 1994, Parker began working for John Wieland Homes in Atlanta. He left Wieland in 1999 to work for Beazer Homes as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was promoted to Division President over Georgia where he worked until mid-2003. Starting in June 2003, he ran his own business, Parker Chandler Homes, with operations in Atlanta, Charlotte, and Myrtle Beach. After successfully selling his company in 2006, he worked as a consultant prior to returning to John Wieland Homes, where he served as Senior Vice President until February 2011. Jim earned his bachelor's degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. He is a co-founder of the Atlanta Chapter of the charity HomeAid which is associated with the Greater Atlanta Homebuilder's Association.

Eric Feder serves as the President of Lenˣ, where he oversees Lennar’s innovation and venture capital investing. Prior to his current role, he was Vice Chairman at Rialto Capital from 2008 to 2018, where he provided oversight of Rialto’s non-performing loan acquisitions and direct real estate investments, exceeding $6 billion. 

Feder has been instrumental in helping identify, structure, and execute investments for Lennar that have re-defined the landscape of real estate technology, including Doma, Hippo Insurance, Blend, Opendoor, Modsy, and SmartRent. 

Feder serves as a board director at Hippo Insurance and previously served on the board of Doma and SmartRent. He is past Chairman of the Miami Dolphins Cancer Challenge and is a current member of the Board of Governors of the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami.

Brad Greiwe has served as Chief Executive Officer of Quarterra since 2023, leading the company’s strategic direction, operations, and long-term growth initiatives. Under his leadership, Quarterra is focused on redefining the future of multifamily living with a strong emphasis on affordability, resident engagement, production development, and sustainability. He brings a deep background in operational leadership, real estate investing, and technology innovation. In addition to his role at Quarterra, Brad is Co-Founder and Chairman of Fifth Wall, the largest and most active venture capital firm focused on real estate technology, with $3+ billion in assets under management. Prior to Quarterra and Fifth Wall, Brad Co-Founded Invitation Homes (NYSE: INVH), a leading single-family rental platform originally backed by The Blackstone Group. As Chief Technology Officer, he built and implemented the company’s proprietary technology infrastructure, helping to scale operations to over 110,000+ professionally managed homes across 16 U.S. markets. Brad started his career at UBS in the real estate, lodging, and leisure investment banking group. He then worked in real estate private equity at Tishman Speyer and Starwood Capital. Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University. He is originally from Cincinnati and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Bruce Gross is Chief Executive Officer of Lennar Financial Services, which provides mortgage financing, title insurance, and homeowner's insurance. Previously, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN), responsible for the Company's nationwide treasury, accounting, tax, investor relations, and information technology, while also overseeing Lennar Financial Services. Gross has played an important role in Lennar's strategic and operating initiatives as well as a number of acquisitions Lennar has completed. Gross joined Lennar in 1997 and has played a significant role in Lennar's growth to one of the largest homebuilders today.

Gross has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining Lennar, he played a key role in the start-up of Pacific Greystone Corporation in 1991, as well as the growth of this company through its initial public offering in 1996 and its acquisition by Lennar in 1997. Gross was Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Controller when Pacific Greystone Corporation merged with Lennar.

Gross received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA in 1980 and became a CPA in the state of California in 1983.

Cristina Pardo is President of Lennar Title. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Lennar Financial Services, LLC, parent of Lennar Title. Cristina started her career in public accounting working for Deloitte and after 5 years left to work for one of her clients. In 2003, Cristina started with Lennar Financial Services as Controller. Cristina earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1989 from Florida International University, with a major in accounting and has been a CPA in Florida since November 1989.

Laura Escobar is President of Lennar Mortgage, the mortgage lending subsidiary of Lennar Corporation. 

A 35+ year mortgage industry veteran, Laura has held leadership positions with both bank-owned and independent mortgage companies overseeing all aspects of mortgage banking. 

Laura is passionate about “Paying It Forward”. She exemplifies giving back through her involvement in her local South Florida community, as well as her volunteer work and support of organizations such as Women of Tomorrow and United Way’s Women United chapter. As a licensed mental health counselor, she devotes much of her time to understanding and uplifting underserved women and minorities within her community.

Laura currently sits on multiple advisory boards and committees:  MBA Chair for 2025, Opens Doors Foundation, ICE Executive Advisory Board, NAHREP member, NAMMBA Visionary Ambassador, MBA Board of Directors, and former Fannie Mae AHAC, FHLMC Advisory Board, and Co-Chair of the Independent Mortgage Bankers.
